We schedule a call to discuss your lifestyle, dietary habits, medical condition, and detailed fitness goals. You provide essential data, including weight measurements, medical and blood reports, and meal preferences, along with optional recent body pictures.

Plan delivery

After receiving your data, I'll create your personalized plan within a couple of days, that includes nutrition plan and workout plan. I will explain you how to execute it and will also offer you various resources like learning the form, managing your stress etc

Results and check-ins

Watch yourself become fitter and get closer to your fitness goals under my coaching. I shall provide a check-in every week, and we may make some program adjustments. I shall make sure to keep a tab on your and ensure you progress at a fast and steady pace towards your goals.
