My Childhood

In my early years, I embodied the image of the perennially skinny kid, an aspiring heavyweight trapped in a lightweight's body. The relentless taunts and bullying from my peers about my underweight physique ignited a fire within me. Yet, amid the adversity, my heart beat for sports and fitness, a passion that refused to be extinguished.

My Transformation

My transformational journey commenced during my college days when I embarked on a journey towards physical prowess. Guided by a local gym trainer, I transitioned from a skinny guy to a well-built person. Not content with feeling fit, I ventured into college modeling, showcasing a newfound confidence that went hand in hand with my unwavering commitment to workouts.

My Corporate Life

However, life's responsibilities soon took center stage, and my workout regime took a backseat. The corporate world beckoned, luring me into its demanding rhythm. As I embraced the 9-to-5 grind, my dietary choices veered off course, and my once-chiseled physique faded into the past. I crossed the ominous 100-kilogram mark, far from the fit individual I once embodied.

My Second Transformation!

A turning point arrived when I took charge of my health. I enlisted the expertise of a coach, shedding 25 kilograms to reclaim my fit self. Along the way, my passion for fitness deepened, leading me to earn certifications in fitness and nutrition. I embarked on a journey as an online coach, eventually leaving my corporate job to pursue my true calling. Today, I've had the privilege of helping over 1,000 individuals achieve their fitness goals, touching countless lives through this rewarding profession.
